After you have talked to our headwear experts about the fit & finish of your custom hat. Our team will mock-up your design for sampling.

✔ Specialty Fabrics

With thousands of high-quality materials, color options in our warehouse, we can find the right fabric for your project. From Cotton Canvas to Hemp - we are confident we can meet your custom headwear needs.

✔ Pre-Production Sample

Once your mock-up is approved - our team will take your digital artwork and make a tangible pre-production sample. So you can see your hat in detail before we start the production process.

✔ Custom Branded Labels

Make your brand stand out with custom woven labels, patches, screen printing and specialty appliques. All of our headwear trims are made in-house which gives us the flexibility to make your hat truly one of a kind.

✔ Shipping

After your production run is complete, we will ship your new custom headwear straight to your door.
