TAPACHO X BENCHMADE

How Tapacho became Benchmade’s
trusted partner for their custom
headwear programs.

Benchmade came to Tapacho looking for custom headwear that matched the same quality standard their customers expect from their core products.

From materials and construction to decoration and finishing, every detail needed to feel intentional and retail-ready.

Our team worked closely with Benchmade to develop headwear that could support multiple use cases across their business.

Today, Tapacho produces custom hats for both promotional distribution and direct-to-consumer online retail sales, ensuring brand consistency across every channel.

Benchmade has since chosen Tapacho as their trusted source for custom headwear, relying on our team for quality execution, reliable timelines, and program scalability.

“Working with the Tapacho team is too easy. Perfect quality, great pricing, and attention to delivery that guarantee our products arrive on time, every time.”

TAPACHO X FEAST COFFEE

“Buy a Cap, Get a Cappuccino”

When Feast Coffee first came to Tapacho, they had already built an awesome brand presence. Their retail and table merchandise was dialed in, with stickers, keychains, home goods, and other branded items that really reflected the culture they had created around their shops.

Headwear was still something they were figuring out. They had experimented with stock blank hats, but there wasn’t really a developed program behind it yet.

We worked with the Feast team to build a custom headwear program that felt true to their brand and something customers would actually want to wear every day. We started with just a couple SKUs to test what worked best, then introduced updated fits, trending colors, better fabrics, and custom artwork designed specifically for Feast.

As the program grew, Feast introduced a “Buy a Cap, Get a Cappuccino” promotion, which helped tie the merchandise directly into the in-store experience and created a really strong response from customers.

We’ve also partnered with Feast on collaborative giveaways featuring Feast Coffee, Feast hats, and 50 custom Tapacho hats. The giveaway was a great success and helped create even more engagement around both brands and the merchandise program.

Since launching the program, Feast has continued placing consistent hat orders while expanding their SKU offerings over time. What started as a small headwear test has turned into an important part of their merchandise program and overall brand experience.

The success came from creating products that felt authentic to the brand while focusing on quality, fit, and design that customers were genuinely excited about.
